What is a good leader?

A solid leader will have a clear vision, courage, integrity, honesty, humility and clear focus. Quality leaders help inspire to people to develop and mainain self-motivation for reaching their goals.  They don't fear hiring people that might be better or smarter than them.  They take pride and in and advertise the accomplishments of those they help move ahead.
